Placements24 is seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality control across manufacturing operations. You will design, implement, and manage QMS frameworks, ensuring product integrity and regulatory compliance from a distance.

This role requires leading geographically dispersed teams and driving continuous improvement with data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in QA in manufacturing, strong SPC knowledge, and a proven track record in ISO/QMS implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years in quality assurance within manufacturing.
• Proven experience as QA Lead or in a leadership capacity.
• Experience implementing and managing QMS (ISO certifications preferred).
• Strong SPC understanding and QA methodologies.
• Experience managing remote teams and using collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership capacity, managing QA teams.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing QMS, preferably with ISO certifications.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and other QA methodologies.
• Experience in managing remote teams and utilizing collaboration tools effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
