Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years in Quality Assurance within manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Experience developing and implementing robust quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Extensive knowledge of SQC, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing.
• Hands-on with automated testing tools relevant to manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage remote teams and prioritize in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Design and oversee quality control plans and procedures across manufacturing lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production to meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits of processes and systems.
• Stay updated with latest quality management techniques and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for senior management.
