Placements24 seeks a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst to develop and enforce QA plans for a diverse product range in South Africa. You will lead remote audits, analyze quality data, and collaborate with on-site teams to prevent issues and drive CAPA-driven improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in Quality Assurance/Control in manufacturing.
Proven experience developing and implementing QA/QC strategies.
Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis and SPC techniques.
Excellent written and verbal remote communication.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain QA plans and procedures.
Conduct remote audits and inspections of processes and docs.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, report KPIs.
Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain to fix issues.
Drive CAPA and continuous quality improvements.
