Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in quality control/assurance in a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
• Experience with analytical tests and interpretation of results.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong data analysis and report writing.
• Proficient with laboratory equipment and relevant software.
• Excellent remote communication and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute QC testing procedures for raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
• Perform laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols and document results accurately.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports on product quality.
• Collaborate remotely with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration and ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
• Stay informed about industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal quality audits and contribute to the improvement of quality management systems.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and consistency.
