Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and experienced Remote Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee QA plans for manufacturing processes from a remote setting. You will conduct audits, identify defects, and drive continuous improvement across all production lines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology and at least 4 years in QA within manufacturing, with strong SPC/ISO 9001 knowledge and excellent documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology.
• ≥4 years in Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of QC, SPC, and ISO 9001.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed QA test plans for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct remote inspections and audits of data, parameters, and finished goods.
• Identify, document, and track quality issues with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve problems and prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements for QA systems.
• Use QA software to track performance and report trends.
