Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to establish, implement, and maintain a robust QMS across all production and operations in a fully remote capacity supporting the Centurion, Gauteng region. You will drive quality throughout the organization, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and delivering continuous improvement from a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in QA/Quality Management within manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of QMS frameworks and ISO 9001.
• Proven experience in internal audits and CAPA.
• Strong analytical, reporting and remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Define QA controls for all manufacturing stages.
• Lead internal audits and drive corrective actions.
• Investigate complaints and non-conformities; implement CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations.
• Mentor QA staff and collaborate with R&D, production and engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality.
