Assist World is seeking a part-time Project Estimator/Receptionist to operate remotely, handling calls and day-to-day admin, with growth into estimating and quoting in JobThread CRM. The role suits someone with tiling industry experience and strong organizational skills, eager to learn new systems and use AI tools to improve efficiency.

Initial focus on first contact, progressing to inputting project estimates, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting the team with various admin tasks, while

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the tiling industry (essential).
• Experience in sales will be an advantage.
• A good visual understanding of tile layouts, spacing, and project measurements.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Experience using JobThread CRM would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
• An interest in or experience using AI tools to improve efficiency would be highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers.
• Input project estimates and quotations into the CRM system (JobThread).
• Support the team with administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure customer information and project details are accurately maintained.
• Assist with general office coordination and communication.
