Assist World, a fast-growing window and door retailer, seeks a reliable Remote Receptionist & Customer Support Assistant to be the first contact for inbound calls. You will route calls, provide basic information, and support light admin tasks from a remote team across US time zones.

The role requires 3+ years in reception or customer support, excellent English, and strong listening skills. This is a 100% remote position with a focus on premium customer care and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in receptionist, call center, front desk, or customer service role.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, easy-to-understand accent.
• Strong listening skills and ability to follow structured logic (decision tree).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and route to the correct location or department using a decision tree.
• Provide basic information based on FAQs and scripts; escalate complex issues.
• Capture call details and update records in a CRM or project management system; assist with light data entry.
• Log and track calls, maintain extension lists, and flag recurring issues for improvement.
