Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or administering projects.
• Experience with a project tool such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira or MS Project.
• Confident with spreadsheets and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules and action logs.
• Chase task owners and keep delivery dates current.
• Prepare status reports and circulate meeting minutes.
• Track budgets, risks and issues in the project register.
• Coordinate meetings and manage project documentation.
