Somewhere is seeking a Project / Account Manager to own onboarding and manage multiple client timelines from a remote base. You will coordinate kickoff, collect assets, and ensure launch readiness while serving as a bridge between Mackerel's Asana/Drive and Elevation's dashboard.

You will maintain schedules, surface risks early, and document SOPs for a multi-location client roster. The role requires strong English, remote work discipline, and experience coordinating distributed contractors.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in agency project management or account management.
• Excellent written and spoken English; confident on client video calls.
• Demonstrated ownership of multiple concurrent client timelines and dependencies.
• Working proficiency in Asana or a comparable project-management platform, Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
• High attention to access, approvals, deadlines, and documentation.
• Reliable Eastern Time overlap and a stable remote-work setup.
• GoHighLevel experience.
• Meta lead-generation account familiarity.
• Med spa, local-services, or multi-location client experience.
• Experience coordinating distributed contractors or white-label fulfillment partners.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding. Run kickoff, collect intake, account access, approvals, brand inputs, and creative assets; maintain a launch-ready checklist.
• Run the client rhythm. Maintain timelines, agendas, action logs, status updates, and follow-ups; surface risks before they become client issues.
• Bridge systems. Translate work between Mackerel's Asana/Google Drive/GoHighLevel environment and Elevation's white-labeled dashboard.
• Coordinate delivery. Route briefs to 1099 or internal creative, collect approvals, and ensure final assets reach Elevation in the required format.
• Translate reporting. Turn campaign and pipeline data into clear client updates without overstating results or making unsupported recommendations.
• Protect service levels. Track onboarding time, response time, open dependencies, and capacity by account; escalate scope and performance risks.
• Build the playbook. Document standard operating procedures, templates, and recurring handoffs for a Mackerel-only operating team.
