Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of software development projects, emphasizing agile practices and delivering high-quality software from a home office. You will manage timelines, resources, and budgets, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and coordinate with distributed teams and product owners.

Strong communication, SDLC understanding, and experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Teams, Zoom, Trello, and Jira are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in software project management.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum; Scrum Master cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development projects from requirements to deployment.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies in an Agile environment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, budgets.
• Act as liaison between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues timely.
• Foster communication across distributed teams using collaboration tools.
• Track progress and provide status reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, QA, and release protocols.
• Champion Agile best practices within development teams.
