Optimal Maintenance & Construction is seeking a Client Project Manager for a remote, UK-hour role. You will own end-to-end client delivery, including winning work, managing relationships, quoting, booking engineers, and ensuring timely payments.

The role blends sales, account management, and operations to drive revenue and customer success. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property maintenance or related fields, strong quoting skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, residential/commercial refurbishments, or construction.
• Strong understanding of quoting through project delivery and client expectations.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with focus on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients through outbound engagement and referrals.
• Coordinate quotes with engineers and subcontractors; issue itemised quotes in CRM.
• Schedule jobs in CRM with correct trades, geography, and availability; issue work orders.
• Act as single point of contact for the client; provide updates and reports throughout the job lifecycle.
• Ensure jobs are invoiced within 24 hours of completion and chase payments as needed.
• Hit weekly and monthly KPIs for revenue, bookings, quotes, and collections.
