You will research potential program areas, develop proposals, and secure funding to bring ideas to fruition. This position suits a strategic thinker skilled in program design, grant writing, and project management within the non-profit sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program development, grant writing, or non-profit management.
• Proven success in securing funding through grant proposals and other development activities.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable program plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive writing.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research to identify emerging community needs and opportunities for new program development.
• Design and develop comprehensive project proposals, including budgets, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
