Placements24 is seeking an innovative Remote Program Development Specialist to join a mission-driven team and drive the creation of impactful initiatives addressing community needs in a fully remote setting.

You will conduct research, design program frameworks with goals and metrics, develop proposals and budgets, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure relevance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in program design and development in non-profit or charity sectors.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent proposal writing and report generation capabilities.
• Familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects.
• Bachelor's degree in international development, public policy, social work, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and needs assessment for new program opportunities.
• Design program frameworks with goals, activities and metrics.
• Develop proposals, budgets and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Create and refine program materials, training modules, and outreach content.
• Monitor implementation, collect feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on best practices in non-profit and social impact sectors.
