Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Program Manager to lead the development and execution of community initiatives from a remote-first posture. You will drive social impact by planning strategically, engaging stakeholders, and overseeing multiple projects within budget to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Non-profit Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive program management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of community programs from concept to evaluation.
• Develop strategic partnerships with community orgs, government agencies and stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Lead and motivate remote project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor program performance, collect data, and prepare impact reports for leadership.

Education
