Qualifications

• Proven experience in program design, development, or management.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent project management capabilities, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Proficiency in developing program logic models and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Public Policy, or International Development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and research to identify opportunities for new programs.
• Design comprehensive program frameworks, including goals, objectives, activities, and evaluation plans.
