Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Program Manager to oversee social impact initiatives across regions. This fully remote role involves strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of programs aligned with our mission and objectives.

You will lead a distributed team, drive program success, and report impact to stakeholders, contributing to meaningful and sustainable change. A Master’s degree and 5+ years in program management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, policy, international development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in program management.
• Experience managing complex projects with measurable impact.
• Strong leadership and remote team collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for social impact programs with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Manage program budgets, resources and timelines to ensure delivery.
• Lead and motivate a diverse remote team of program staff, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Oversee program implementation, monitor progress and adjust based on data.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, beneficiaries and funders.
• Prepare regular reports on activities, outcomes, impact and financial performance for leadership.
