This entry-level role supports daily administrative tasks, processes purchase orders, and coordinates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 0–2 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or procurement-related role.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• A motivated and proactive attitude, eager to learn and contribute in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase requisitions and generating purchase orders in the procurement system.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier correspondence.
• Support senior procurement staff with data collection and preparation for sourcing activities.
• Communicate with internal departments to clarify purchasing needs and provide order status updates.
• Help resolve basic discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders and deliveries under remote supervision.
