Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Industrial Process Optimization Specialist to join our client’s team from anywhere in South Africa. You will analyze and optimize industrial processes remotely, using data and simulation tools to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve throughput across diverse projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering (or quantitative field) and at least four years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process optimization or industrial engineering.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (Arena, AnyLogic) and data tools (Excel, Python).
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-discipline and strong time management in a remote setting.
