Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in industrial engineering, operations analysis, or a similar role.
• Proven remote-work success with strong self-management and communication.
• Advanced data analysis skills with SQL, Python, or R, plus simulations and statistics.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge and strong problem-solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential cost savings.
• Build analytical models, simulations, and statistical tools to assess performance and predict outcomes.
• Design and document improved processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to gather data and share findings.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management with actionable solutions.
