Placements24 is seeking a proactive Process Improvement Specialist to enhance operational efficiency within manufacturing in Paarl. You will analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement lean solutions that boost productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality through data-driven methods.

You'll collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams, using Six Sigma and other lean methods to drive change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience in project management and change management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Design and execute projects aimed at reducing waste, improving quality, and increasing operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to gather data and implement changes.
• Train employees on new processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of implemented process improvements.
