Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in process development, optimization, and scale-up within the chemical industry.
• Strong proficiency with process simulation and modeling software.
• Excellent understanding of reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and separation technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments for development and optimization of new chemical processes and formulations.
• Utilize process simulation software to model performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
• Develop robust scale-up strategies from lab to pilot and commercial production with proper documentation.
• Analyze process data, troubleshoot challenges, and implement remote solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and process documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D chemists, engineers, and project managers via virtual tools.
• Ensure designs meet safety, environmental, and quality standards.
