Placements24 is seeking an exceptionally experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join a fully remote team. You will lead high-profile projects, oversee design and analysis, mentor dispersed engineers, and engage with clients worldwide.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in structural engineering, PE registration, and expertise in FEA, seismic and dynamic assessment, using SAP2000/ETABS/ABAQUS/Revit Structure. A global, remote-first environment awaits leadership excellence.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Structural Engineering or closely related field.
Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA or equivalent international registration is essential.
15+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with leadership roles.
Expertise in advanced finite element analysis, seismic/dynamic analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for major structural projects.
Lead advanced analysis and design for complex buildings and bridges.
Develop innovative, cost-effective structural solutions with sustainable principles.
Oversee detailed design documents and drawings from remote teams.
Conduct peer reviews to ensure design integrity and compliance.
