Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer for a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will lead structural design for architecturally significant projects from concept through delivery, coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers worldwide.

The role emphasizes innovative analysis, mentoring of junior engineers, and mastery of international codes. You will shape structural integrity and aesthetics while advancing sustainable design and remote collaboration across time

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Structural Engineering.
12+ years progressive structural design experience with leadership.
Pr Eng and/or CEng status preferred.
Experience in design of complex structures (high-rises, bridges, stadia).
Advanced proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, RISA-3D and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the structural design process for complex, architecturally significant projects globally.
Develop innovative and optimized structural solutions using advanced analysis.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a global team of engineers.
Collaborate with architects, clients, and other disciplines to meet objectives.
Ensure compliance with international codes and best practices.
