Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Revit Structure.
• Deep understanding of seismic design, wind engineering, and advanced concrete/steel design.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for diverse projects, including multi-story buildings and facilities.
• Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations with advanced software.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
• Review designs for compliance with codes (SANS, Eurocodes) and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, and clients across time zones via virtual tools.
• Manage project deliverables, ensuring on-time technical documentation and budget adherence remotely.
