Responsibilities include managing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimizing ROAS, and ensuring accurate conversion tracking. Remote role with US, Canada, SA clients; strong English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS or CPA improvements and trackable results.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Plan budgets, bid strategies, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps; narrate numbers in client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
