You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and drive ROAS through testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with narrative for client calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
