Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, allocate budgets, run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and guide the narrative on calls.

You will build ROAS, CPA improvements, and a 90-day and quarterly roadmap per client, with reporting on the numbers. Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls is required, and agency experience across multiple clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements with measurable results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients on a single portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, creative testing and optimization.
• Set conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present the narrative with numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
