You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls to optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, while reporting the numbers on calls and guiding long-term relationships.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client coaching.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English on live calls with US clients.

Responsabilidades

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, with the numbers story.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
