Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a PPC Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set the targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will act as the strategic voice at the table, making calls on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with focus on ROAS growth and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
