Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Payroll Accountant or in a payroll-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of South African payroll legislation and tax requirements.
• Proficiency with VIP Payroll, Sage Payroll and accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Stable internet access and dedicated workspace.
