Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Paid Social Media Manager who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead strategy, budgets, and narrative on client calls, focusing on performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.

In this remote role, you’ll collaborate with US, Canada, and South Africa teams, drive ROAS, CPA improvements, and provide clear reporting on 90-day roadmaps and quarterly plans. Strong English is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS or CPA.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Oversee budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
