You will steer targeting, budget calls, the roadmap for 90 days, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made. You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You bring 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, agency experience across several clients, and clear spoken English with US clients on live calls. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Build the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
