Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will craft targeting, budget calls, roadmaps and the client narrative during calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, track conversions with GA4, and present the 90-day roadmap and performance story to clients. Remote work with international clients is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients and industries.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking and reliable attribution with GA4 and tag manager.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
