You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, focusing on ROAS and pipeline growth, with clear communication on live calls to US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
