Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, and the narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, set 90-day roadmaps, test creatives, track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager, and drive growth through retention and upsell with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
