Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative in client conversations as the strategic voice.

In this remote role, you will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4/Tag Manager, and drive growth through retention and upsell. English fluency required for US calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building, running and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
