Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative on calls with clients.

You lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, ensure trusted attribution with GA4 and pixels, craft 90-day roadmaps, and drive account growth through retention and upsell while working with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
