Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table during calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget calls, test creative, and measure results with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta across multiple clients.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with budget management.
• Agency experience handling several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
