Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a growing book of B2B and challenger brands. You’ll oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, make bidding decisions, set the roadmap, and articulate the narrative behind the numbers to clients.

You’ll lead testing, optimize for ROAS, CPA and pipeline growth, implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels, and craft

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
Agency experience across several clients at once.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
