Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives during calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads; optimize campaigns, track conversions with GA4 and tag manager, and present 90-day plans and quarterly roadmaps to clients while nurturing long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in paid media campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement across multiple clients.
• Agency experience managing several clients concurrently.
• Fluent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, testing and when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
