Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget decisions, roadmap, and narrative on client questions remotely.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, ensure accurate attribution, and drive growth through performance improvements and strong client communication with US-based teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and rely on GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels for attribution.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
