Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a B2B and growing-brand client portfolio. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, testing, tracking with GA4/Tag Manager, and build 90-day roadmaps with clear storytelling on calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns across multiple clients.
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; explain the numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
