Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, and the narrative in client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding and testing, ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4 and tag manager, and deliver 90-day roadmaps with clear performance storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for your accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
