Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Performance Marketing Specialist you own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients: targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, allocate budgets, test creatives, and track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Fluent English on calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
