Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own campaigns for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will set targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handling budget allocation, bidding, testing, and determining when to kill a campaign.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
