Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Roofing. You own paid media for roofing clients across markets: targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, track conversions with GA4 and tags, and present 90-day roadmaps and outcomes to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Roofing or multi-location business experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
