Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with measurable results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for roofing client accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, creative testing, and know when to pause or kill campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
