Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for roofing clients. You will own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multi-location roofing contractors, guiding budgets and the narrative on client calls.

You’ll build 90‑day roadmaps, test creative, ensure robust conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels), and drive account growth through retention and upsell. Clear spoken English with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of roofing clients across multiple markets.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels).
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and narrate performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and client relationships.
