Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will shape budgets, bids, and the roadmap, acting as the strategic voice on client calls.

In this remote role, you will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, ensure solid GA4/event tracking, and drive long-term growth with retention and upsell opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements across campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media for roofing clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Verify conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long‑term relationships.
